I just got one, and went to see what its price is on backpack.tf, and it was really low, I bought this fora clean tf2 logo tc {10-11} and a clean Burning Larkin Robin {3-4}, http://i48.tinypic.com/1zvgb4k.png. There's one on outpost and it has c/o of Beams Phantom, P.energy Billycock, Stormy cosa, and 2 pure {14~} rejected, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7961605.

You don't value unusuals at full price when you trade with them. Its called an unusual overpay. Yes the price might need a raise, but you cannot use the high-end of the two unusuals you owned to do so. That is why most have a pure buyout and an unusual overpay buyout.

He did not have a b/o, he valued the tc at 10 and the larkin at 4, not all people want unusual over pay.

In his eyes you still only paid 14 buds which is a full bud under your high-end.

Doesn't matter if he has a buyout for higher if he also has a buyout for lower.

Given the 13 buds BO which has been unmet, I'd say 15 is too high for this hat.
