All trades buying regular stock weapon are in the range of .33-.66

bought a renamed sticky for 0.33, sold for a refined after a couple days. although, it was renamed in korean and the buyer said he had no idea why he wanted it. this comment is worthless. proof is good enough.

any chance we can have this apply to all stock weapons (if it gets approved) without spamming every stock weapon?
