All the other suggestions are 1 month old or more, I recently bought mine for 2.5, it was the cheapest I could find all the other sellers are asking 3 or more.

Please show proof, could be links in tf2outpost that show that the price for it is at 2-2.5 buds. Also when you say 3 or more, it doesn't really correspond with your price suggestion :/

Well there B/O is 3 so they would most likely take less, i've talked to the owners personally and their trades on outpost don't have set B/Os in the text field just when I added them to talk they told me.

You don't, but if you want it to pass it's almost always required. It will only pass without proof if the price listed here is incredibly wrong, and obviously so.
