First off, YES I do have one of these in my backpack. I have spent the last month or so trying to acquire it, which is why I think the price needs a bit of an update. You will NOT find this hat for below 21 keys (trust me, I spent a month trying). Please see links for accurate current ranges:

I think a more accurate reflection of market activity would be 21 keys (lowest available and what I FINALLY found one for) - 25 keys. This would more reflect what the hat is bought/sold for.

Offers = 21-24 keys, why high end range = 25 keys?

I put that because of the seller asking 1 bud ( I didn't count the guy asking 2 buds). Does the range only go for peoples offers high/low? Or do you not factor in sellers low as well?

I apologize if I misread, this is my frist price correction/suggestion. If sellers asking prices aren't taken into consideration, I can cancel this and remake as 24 being high end.

No, the high is fine. A 24 key offer should make the high end 25 keys so it's balanced for the buyers and sellers. I usually expand ranges by 1-3 keys depending on the magnitude of the hat's value. 20-25 would be good.

I would be totally comfortable with 20 as a low, but you won't find one that low. I almost lost my seller trying to stay firm with that price (he almost backed out and tried to go back up to ~25keys to a bud).

I would say 21-24 would be best. Until then I'll go neutral unless you make another one of course :D

I think you have a good price here. Nuts and Bolts on an Engineer is (obviously) desired, and I also believe you'll have a lot of difficulty finding one of these for under 21-23.
