A burning milkman is more like 7 pure, as opposed to 9. We don't price based on tier comparison here, so even if a secret prussian sold for a lot, we don't know what your hat will. Your suggested price right now is a bit high for the offers you have been receiving. I think it would be best to wait until you sell your hat before pricing it, since the best proof is a completed trade.
