another problem if you are buying is that almost all of them are being sold in a set or are pre-painted ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/86258330/1 ). also price if 5 months old.

Before I look at the proof, the price is 23 days old.

the buyer links are quickbuyers, who will always offer less than an item is worth. Can you specify if they are successful?

First 2 sellers were less than a day old, third was asking for more than the current range, stopped looking there.

None or at least most of the buyers don't seem to be able to buy any for 2 keys as far as I can tell

Steam Market sales are still between 3-3.5 keys.
