http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8302509 best offer: 1 bud+steam dogger (1.6 with overpay)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8926456 -sold for 1 bud+ White Bills(10 k)+bill(8 k)~1.67 buds pure.
I see this mistake in many: If B/O 1.6 many people think that this is almost always upper price range-it is not so(In many cases)-seller hopes to sell the hat for 1.6 and it price hat(the average price (1.4-1.6~1.5) of a hat-price which is specified in a backpack) it not upper price range(as you have 1,4-1,6). But in any case you should see the price on sold hats, price sold hats- is priority.
http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/131-psa-tips-for-doing-a-pc-on-a-rare-or-highly-collected-unusual/ -Jester well written here.
First of all, a white bills is not readily 10 keys pure.
Second of all, there are current hats trying to sell at my new low end.
Just because one person overpayed does not mean that is the low end.
Thirdly, this is not a rare nor highly collected unusual.
Because of current sellers, my suggestion still stands.
