Anyone who sells for 8.5 is getting added pretty quickly, some traders are willing to even go up to 9, 10, and even 11 keys.

Nope Give it some time for them to settle. You just said youself that some are willing to pay 9-11 keys as well, and that would make your suggested range wrong! Give it a bit! Come on!

I prove that the current range is too low, so that's all I need to prove.

But you said people pay 9-11, so why should your range end at 9.5? it's wrong and way too soon. end of discussion.

The market for these items are currently in flux. The demand is pretty unstable, so right now an optimal price can't be determined. We should wait a little for the price to settle down before changing it.
