Ok, So before I start I would just like to begin by stating some points:

1) This is my first suggestion, So if I have done something wrong in anyway or if someone could provide helpful tips I would be greatly appreciated!

2) Yes, I understand that I own one of these hats and I know that will give some bad rep on me but please, Hear me out.

Before I get to proof I would like to bring up some facts about this unusual:

1) Dr.Grordbort's Victory Pack has been out since July 20, 2011 making this hat around three years old. In these three years, Only a few (Four I believe?) of this effect has been unboxed, Making it somewhat rare.

2) With this 'age rarity', Other effects such as Vivid Plasma and Stormy Storm still stay at the price of 1 to 1.3 buds with a count of around 7 Vivid's and 26 Stormy Storms.

So now that some interesting facts have been told, Here is some trades as proof:

TF2 OUTPOST:

On outpost, This was the only trade of a Searing Plasma Pith Helmet with two offers of 1 bud and another (mine) of 1 bud and 1 bills (equaling to around 1.3 buds).

relatively old, Recived, offers of around 1 bud+ for it and a notable offer is a Nuts And Bolts Killer's Kabuto being priced at 1.1 to 1.3 buds for the Pith Helmet.

BAZAAR.TF:

Sadly, The Bazaar.tf verion of this trade is closed, But the various offers were around 1 bud. (same trade but somehow recieved more offers than Outpost, I understand that this is somewhat not believable however I am trying my best).

For those who don't like reading and just want a conclusion here is the interesting points:

- I currently own one of these hats.

- Dr.Grordbort's Victory Pack was released over three years ago, And over the course of these years, only around a few (Four I believe?) has been unboxed.

- Other effects such as Vivid Plasma and Stormy storm are around 1 to 1.3 buds and have a much higher population.(By population I mean the number of hats).

- Hat's previous price was 1 to 1.3 buds.
