Its been a highly valuable soldier melee. Not a lot of people selling this (except in a set) and if they are, prices are now higher than the older accepted price three weeks ago. Proof in comments.

agreed, nevertheless i prefer the equalizer

The problem I have with the equalizer is that if you're so damaged that you'll get a nice damage boost you'll most likely get one shotted from most attacks. The escape plan, on the other hand, allows you to quickly restock your health and ammo, get to a capture point quickly, etc.
