I cannot seem to find any solds within past month.

Why would this push the price up? Offers are not WHAT THEY SOLD FOR.

Yes, these are offers that the owners have rejected. If you think the price should therefore be even higher, by all means make your own suggestion. I have not made it higher because I cannot prove it higher than my current suggested price. If, for some reason you think the price should not go up at all, you are thoroughly mistaken as 15 and 16 keys are rejected.
