Got an offer of .77 within 2 hours of posting, and this is the price they offered, could have probably gotten more but I didn't feel like haggling over a cheap stock strange for what I thought was a deal. I didn't put a price on it myself, it's purely what someone else valued my bat at.

From looking around, 33 does seem low. However, .88 is not backed by evidence. So maybe a better price would be .66 flat or .66-.77
I'm just a little nitpicky on these low value items, although your suggested range is pretty close.
