Verdict: Old price is old. I'm seeing offers on the current listings reaching 3 buds, and there are sales at that too. Buyouts of 3 are being met. To be fair to sellers and buyers, low range is at 2.8, high is at 3.2 because of paid buyouts. This averages out to 3, which is basically the value of this hat. There's a deviation of 3 keys.
