The proof isn't in the posts of prices, it's in the offers and sales. That's what you'll need to find to get a price change.

I think it should be 1 scrap because it's a soldier hat and the soldier kills me a lot so I don't like it.

None of your links have sold. People can list whatever they want as a buyout: if no one buys at that price then buyouts don't mean anything.
