You can still buy the Soundtrack with the TF2 Codes for $14, i think is ridiculous pay a bud for a wep that you can buy for $14 or $20 in amazon AND VALVe online store. Look people, This guy may not have as much proof for this price but the idiots on Op will die down in about a week and this price probably wont be very far from his suggestion. Point being 1) a 14$ soundtrack item should not sell for $40+ and 2) an item is rarely more exepensive than its container and even so Why not just Buy the Container for the time being (It has a defined Price)

That's poor logic. Unusuals cost $2.50 to uncrate, they should all cost as much, no? There is a grand total of 0 firetrucks given about logic in TF2 trading, but there are in this case. OP is used because of high volume flow. Many people have not yet opened their Box, leading to a lower supply given. And not everyone has a credit card, so that also influences the price. Any questions?

Ap-Saps shouldn't rise much above $14 of keys until copys of cds run out.

I guess you don't count in the shipment and the time it takes to ship to certain countries (the chepest option to Poland on estimate takes 36 days and costs $9, the second one is twice the price of CD) and that difnitely adds to value, cause not only people from usa would like to get that thing.

Right now it's kinda hot-new-do-want-stuff, the price might settle around that range, but that's definitely too early.

so we're going to start setting prices based on real world $$$ value now? how much of the CD's cost should be allocated to actual cost? how much is the music worth? how come black paint sells for more in trading that from the mannco store? how come an unusual costs ~$2.50 to unbox but can sell for $3000?

ok. listen, how can the the promo be more than promo + CD? as for your other examples, lack of hue is trading for 2.5-2.75 which when keys cost 1.40 and the cost 5. 1.40X2.5=$3.50 and 1.40X2.75=$3.85 so I fail to see your logic on how you can profit off of this. second, when you buy an unusual, you are buying -GARENTEED- an unussual of your desired hat and effect. while with this there is 100% chance you will get a genuine ap-sap. so I can't see your reasoning at all.

Please provide proof that the item is selling for 9-11 keys. Thanks for the link but that doesnt really mean anything. Also, I have heard rumors that whatever is left is the last of it. Like if there is 10k left, thats how many they will sell before discontinuing the item. Then, everyone who sold it for 9-11 keys will look reallllly stupid.

No good proof, you don't have one, you lack neutrality in this matter and you bring irrelevant idiocy into the poll, which most likely indicates you're still looking for one and pretend to not be interested in getting one yourself by the time yes goes live.

You also think the price of the item should be exactly the same as the Soundtrack or less, when in reality, they are still rarer than buds, have more high price sales for around 18 to 22 keys than bud sales and haven't even considered that there are people who can't even buy it directly from any store, which in turn, increments the item's actual value by default.

In TF2 open your backpack, find the box and when the "use" button lights up press it and click yes.

Just bought 20 Soundtracks a couple days ago, should be arriving soon (I'm too cheap for same day delivery) So obviously I'm going to down vote this suggestion because I'm a backpack.tf dweller.

We all know any person who buys it for 10-11 keys is just gonna turn around and sell it for 20. We might not all like the price but it is the price... we the people the 99% basically can't effect what the sale price is, unless the market is flooded with 10-11 key soundtrack boxes. If you don't like the price currently, your just going to have to deal with it at the moment. I commend anyone who is patient enough to wait the 2-3 weeks until these start dropping, but right now there is nothing we can do. The best path to take is if you want one on the cheap, just buy it off of Amazon if you really want the sapper or even make a quick buck. It costs 14 dollars so just give your parents $15 and tell them you want the music, its that simple. We all need to calm down right now because we all know the people who are arguing for 20 are sellers and the people who are arguing for 11 are buyers. Wait a week or two and we shall see the price then. I highly advise you not to buy them for 20 right now, sellers sell them quick, you and I know they will drop.

I think anyone with a brain can agree that collecting items that aren't real money to trade for items of all kinds is easier than waiting days for a purchase to get and arrive. Which is one of the reasons why Refineds have been going down in price while keys are going up.
