Only 2 exist, the hat is a really good looking hat, both owners, me and zero beat have our b.os at 20, we control the burning flames fed market with these. I just feel that with so many people referring to backpack.tf, this hats price could be fairer and more up to date.
If both buyouts are at 20, why it is 20.5?
I'm not sure to be honest. I think that while the b.os are 20, 20.5 seems a bit more like a better price in my eyes. That is a fair point though.

Declare Monopoly? My good sir, I own one of the two... We basically can dictate the price whether it be fair or not. I am not sure what the point of your comment was but w/e

Haha I guess that is one way to look at what I said, I mean that if somone has a 1 of 1 or a 1 of 2 hat, the price can logically be set whether fair or ufair at whatever price that person feels, no I am not saying it is fair, or right, but if there aren't that many in the market or there are next to none, it's going to be hard to get an accurate price check
You can try to set the price to whatever you like and you could both set a b/o at, say, 20 buds. As long as you're both happy to keep the hat in your backpacks for a long time.

A) that's fine this is a community based forum, I'm voicing my opinion.
B) Considering I just got the hat, and zero is looking specifically for a select few, the offers are nearly non existent because of that, I'm not sure about Profazs offers so I cannot talk about them with any validity

Is my hat in any way an unfair price? I am saying I have the ability to, and we do, no one else has a burning fed... Other than myself and zero, you singled out my comment to make it sound like I am trying to manipulate the price. I'm not, I'm trying to get an up to date price on here which appears to be very hard.
This does naturally happen, and in the past led to several unusuals being rated higher. An example of this 'Haunted ghosts Unusual Buccaneer's Bicorne' (1of1) in which the owner set his own buyout for nearly twice its previous value.
It doesn't even matter what you value it at, what matter is how buyers value it. So unless you show us proof of current offers or sold price that fit with the Irene range, then it will still just manipulating price and I will still downvote. Also isn't burning tossle(highest tier scout hat)cheaper than this new range ?
Im not manipulating any price, the other hat got offered a sunbeam samureye ( duped ) + 1 bud + s grenade, which was my offer and i was under the impression that Zero has had some private offers, i will get him to post on here if he has.
To clarify. A buyout is only relevant ONCE MET. A trade requires two sides: What the seller is willing to sell at and what a buyer is willing to buy at. If a buyout is set somewhere a buyer is never willing to meet, a trade isn't going to happen, and as such that's not its value.
That said, the trade of the Beams Samureye + bud + S.F. Grenade is very significant. While duped, the samureye was getting excellent offers off the bat

If we're going to treat the beams samur-eye at bp.tf price, that's 19.5. If we want to be conservative and work off the offers the samur-eye had, that's still 17.5. The trade does indicate that current price needs a raise.
Yes thank you so much Vincent, you are the one who is actually trying to get somewhere on here! I appreciate this very much, I think that the conservative offers on the Samureye were around that price, so judging from my offer could we conclude that the price would be based around 18.5-19?
There's no doubt the current range is low, but with two buyouts at 20, there's no reason for the high end to be 20.5.
yeah, i understand, i know it isnt a perfectly reasonable excuse but i was completely out of it when i made this post, maybe 19-20 is a bit fairer, but yes, i completely agree
