That's your personal opinion/trade, but we need a bit more proof...what about other trades? What about buyers? What about deals that were made...Yes, I know it's pretty hard as there are high- and lowballers, but it is possible :)

well there are a lot less unique ones. People are not willing to pay more for a unique on as it does the same thing.
