thats just one trade, there are alot more of these selling, you cant just create a price from a single trade, see what the other trades are getting, as the 2.5 bud offer could've just been luck, and could be an outlier

False, its counted as a low range. The normal range is 2 buds. People quickselling stormy spartan for a bud and 13-16 keys.
