Well, I've been looking to buy some before the price goes totally ballistic and haven't found any less than 12.

Even the people that have them posted as 'offer' or under 12 have been trying to get more when I discuss it with them.

I have gotten three 10 key offers on my 40 crate and it has been up for only 1hr. IMO, it is worth more than 9-10 keys if I can get 10 keys that easily.

Well, they may rise to buds one day, That most likely isn't going to be for a while. Most people are trying to sell them for 11-13 Keys because they just wanted to make a quick profit and not have to wait several weeks after they stop dropping to sell them.
