Suggestion: Strange Jarate at 2 ref

Also I have a question about price suggestions: What happens to those who voted on a suggestion in case the owner closes it? Are the are the upvotes counted against the upvoters and downvotes counted for the downvoters? I closed a suggestion before to adjust the price range and it was counted against me under voting accuracy but not price suggestions. Just wondering, thanks.

Guess what. I found people selling them for 4 ref each on Outpost. Should I include that in the range too?

These sellers probably were offline before new crates were added,and dont know about this surprise.

terrible example, sellers below the suggested range show, that people are willing to sell them for less..that matters..people selling above the suggested range show that people are willing to sell them for more..what a surprise captain obvious
