Consistent offers of 4, no reason to put high end any lower. Low end was calculated through unusual overpay offers on current hats. If i could make a set price would put 4 since its been offered more than 3 times but backpack gets picky.

Oh and people that think this is a low bump it is, but I work to thin the range because 3.2-3.5 simply dosent happen and therefore should not be in the range.
