Price is not out of date, but this hat really needs to go down imho...

I had one and I had hard time for trading it even, for a bit more than 1 bud.

I've finally sold it for 1 bud +3 keys (I can screen my history if needed).

CONCLUSIONS

I'm not sure about the Low Value, maybe it should be even lower seeing offers this hat can get, while I think High Value is ok in this way.

This hat can't be sold for 1.3-1.6 for sure...

If you think there can be a better range, just suggest it.

As suggested I did a little research on how the sellers got their hats

I focused on last trades which are newer, and so most significative...

Starting from last one and going up:

-bought it in stock with burning flames ol'snaggle + flaming lantern spartan + n&b liquidator's lid + max + 2 pure for a vintage sparkling lugermorph so it's hard to say how much he paid for it.

-bought from a scammer, no track of the deal (indeed almost all prev owner are scammers O.o)

-seems that he bought it for 1 bud +EA (still in my range)

-unboxed by himself

-unboxed by himself

-bought for a Blizzardy Storm Sultan's Ceremonial (20-25 keys) and maybe some sweets (not sure on sweets)

- Orbiting Fire Capo's Capper +nd sweets (24-29 +?)

-added to discuss the old owner 4 months ago
