A clean UHHHH is very rare and you can't get it anymore. It is only clean because of a glitch

No the clean metal and clean 2011 skulls are worth a sh*tload because of that glitch. The majority of the clean metal went to making Clean Jujus and clean axes. Just sayin

All Horseless Headless Horsemann's Headtaker's are clean, they're either not tradable or tradable. The price remains the same for both, for the not tradable, you need to provide gift wrap. In rare cases, the person provides gift wrap.

Also, there's no difference between non-tradable and tradable pricing here, it's non-CRAFTABLE or CRAFTABLE prices that differ.
