Personally my fav hat for engie but more links will be better (from 8 pages in outpost), neutral for now

These are always available on scrap.tf. If they were worth more people would actually buy them from scrap.tf instantly.. instead they sit there for ages, until people come along who buy up every hat and whack them on outpost for 1.66 regardless of price. No need to do this. Plenty available. down vote.
