    I have found many links of people selling this hat for 3.5 to 4 keys. I have only seen a few (3) going for 2 keys and 3 ref. i believe this should be the price of the item from the proof of the links. I recently seen 2 people buy this item for 3.5 keys.         The trades you have showed, except for the first one, did not actually sell. We don't price by BOs, but by completed trades. So even if traders are asking for 4 keys, they're not getting that much for this item.

          See the second link you showed well actually I bought the hat of him for two hats altogether worth 3.5 keys. It was a vintage tough guys toque valued at 2.5 keys and genuine bouffant valued at 1 key.

          Basically, 4 keys is too high. 2.5 keys for the low range might be a tad low, but your suggested price is too high.
