This is newly retired, and people are selling them for 15 keys each, so this is a start.

Link #1: Highest offer: White bill's, this link is fine.
Link #2: It's got a strange part (crit kills) on it, highest offer is 11 keys
Link #3: 1 offer below 10 keys, is a case against this range
Link #4: This is fine.
Would like more links of transactions happening at 10-10.5 as well as 11-12 keys not being possible. There's already a vote for this @ 10-12 keys so you further need to prove why that range is inaccurate.
yeah look below, the link he provides is to my vote. combine our proof and add more and it will pass

The high end goes up to 12 keys, which isn't a solid price. Watch it not pass.

Crate 40 (10-12 keys) for S. Huntsman: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9294577
Some people get lucky from scared buyers, I see you flagged my comment. Cool story, OH LOOK you own one. Look at what the admins said on the suggestion, they're smarter than you and don't base prices on whether or not you own one.
Yes I do have a s. huntsman, and I feel I also know the market for it quite well because I've been getting offers for it both private and public for the past few days. I don't really care too much if I sell it or not for a few extra keys, but I do feel that the current price is inaccurate.
You keep arguing against the price increase (which is fine, but you offer no proof and don't seem to accept proof making up excuses), but at the same time you are attempting to buy salvaged crates in your trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8584229
You also don't own a s. huntsman or a crate #40 as far as I can tell so obviously you may have a different agenda as well.
You do realise that I don't even have keys to buy salvaged crates? Are you THAT stupid? I don't care about the price much, however I don't to see people buying this at the wrong price. Go on the other suggestion and look at the links provided by the ADMINS, I've told you this already, do you not understand where I'm getting my proof???
Also, you don't even understand the market, you're new here and have negative stars because you don't know how prices work.
First off all there is no need to call me stupid or start insulting people, I have no problem with you, I simply call it as I see it. You yourself have a trade asking for a salvaged crate, so I assume you are buying one. I'm sure if you get a low enough offer you will sell something and you can obtain it, so obviously since you haven't closed the trade or at the very least deleted the salvaged crate item from your trade, you are fishing for low bid offers.
Second of all, this isn't really the place for personal attacks and I really don't need to defend myself because I have negative stars from 3 votes last month. I typically don't vote unless I think the price is messed up for an item or that I strongly agree with something, as in this vote since the price is simply outdated and I see people constantly trying to buy for 5.5-6 keys when NO ONE is selling that low.
I just got a 11.5 key offer on S. Huntsman myself, crate #40 itself is already worth 10-12 keys (and I sold one for 13-14 keys in value). I am here to simply update the price of this, because it is inaccurate, that is all.
I don't understand why you started this argument, surely you don't disagree that S. Huntsman price is outdated? Which was the whole point of this.
This price is ok, the other one has a high range based on luck. Once again, 5 trades don't change the value unless it's rare.
Also I don't really care about prices, a key off is fine, I barely want a salvaged crate, this isn't even about salvaged crates, I want the crate to uncrate the contents, doesn't that explain why the trade wants GOOD crates? SO I CAN UNBOX THEM. This isn't the crate 40 suggestion. I could give less shits about crate 40's, if someone offers a good amount, i'll buy it to unbox something like a s. huntsman. Once again, this price is ok, but that link to the other suggestion has luck proof from scared buyers (same thing happened to retired hats except people actually paid for them).
Alright im not saying this because i have them, but i got offerd 11 keys and declined i think the 15 range is what it should be. This item will be a big topic in the next few weeks.
There is no proof that one has been sold for 15 keys, I think at least 10 keys is accurate for now. It should be increased to stabilize prices, at the moment there is a huge gap most people selling for 12-15 keys, most buying for 6-9 keys. Because the current backpack.tf price is old and inaccurate.
Therefore I believe this range 10-10.5 keys is pretty accurate, but 10-12 is also accurate but only a handful of confirmed sales at 12 keys for the moment.
Either way one of these votes should pass, so we get some market stabilization occurring.
10 keys is good, i got offer 10 keys already....
