People aren't offering over 15 Keys and sellers set B/O 15-16 Keys

Why should I rise the low end if people aren't offering even 14 Keys

Do you have anything to solidify the low end? Sales? Offers? If these with the low buyouts go unsold too long, it would technically need a bigger bump down

Nobody has offered over 14 Keys pure so it's 13 Keys

The range is 14-18 Keys, 16 Keys is in the middle. The person offered 16 Keys, this doesn't mean that the seller must accept it.

Then why I can't see over 16 Key offers and why ppl set B/O for 16 Keys.

Because the trades haven't been open for more than a single week?!

And again, 16 Keys is NOT a B/O in the last two trades.

First trade got closed but the item is still in the seller BP.

Within current range. He was trying to quicksell the unusual, he didn't have it for more than a day. And even then, he ended up getting 15 keys for it, which he had personally brought down from an offer of 16.

Doesnt matter if its quicksell or not. If you have proof that someone sold this hat for 18 Keys then proof it.
