I just sold a crate #40 for a Bills + Strange Widow, I assume the value is around 13-14 keys.

So yes I have to agree that sapper should be a little higher, since it's probably the most desired strange in the crate.

I think the sapper should be worth much more, like 15-17 keys. Why? Isn't it a little ironic that the S. sapper is the best item found in Salvaged #40 but worth exactly the same as the crate? What's the point of un-boxing then? Since S.sapper is a jackpot found in a jackpot (#40), it should be worth much more than the crate itself.
