Previous Owner doesn’t want to say what he sold It for. He also claimed he had a rejected offer of a HOUWAR. So based on this offers all together I would say 8.4-10 buds seems like an appropriate price for this.

Should be about 10.5 or higher (remeber the tc price back than was at least 8).

The suggested price could be a bit higher imo.

A bit old. I think this is a good conservative bump up until we have a more recent trade to work with.
