I'm not sure about this, but either there are NO people selling these, or they're impossible to get.

No-one on outpost is selling these for 1 weapon, and if they are people are buying them instantly.

Proof they only ever sell for 1 scrap:

Search through outpost, they're only 1 scrap +

All of these are still unsold (for 1 month - 1 week) :-/

Have you ever tried to buy them for 1 wep each by creating your own trade??Oh,you own 32,probably you tried.

Its taken me 2 weeks to get these 32 at 1 scrap each.

this should take you to your inventory history, take some screenshots of the trades that are within your suggested range

I think only you yourself can access your trade history

its not my trade history, it's his, he's the one supposed to get the screenshots since he is the only one to access it

I was planning on starting a collection these; your suggestion turned me away. :P
