Not sure what to make of this one:

[url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5292610[/url] claims to have sold 21 for 2 keys, though the trade seems to not have been updated for quite a while as he writes 2 keys or 6.66 ref. I added him to ask, but he wasn't online. Also the last add posted there is 1 week ago.

Also a clean last breath is 2 keys, so why not get a clean one for 2 keys instead of a dirty one ...

All in all the offers show that 6-7 ref is still possible, but there are too many unsold at 2 keys and too many traders selling for less. Not sure if this is enough for 1.5 keys/6 ref flat, so I decided to just lower the upper range a bit.
