Doesnt really make sense, if offers go above the suggested range, shouldnt it be worth more? Because from the proof you show, I see the range should be 18 - 20 keys.

the price range is anywhere from 18 keys, to 18 keys. that alone is a 2 ref range. and if the new key suggestion passes then it will be a 4 ref range.
