Basically it's an ugly hat that nobody wants. I'm betting the prices for other effects on this hat are way too high as well.

You're lowering the price too much... I won't vote because i don't know a lot about this item, but trying to lower an item an entire bud is ridiculous. And you can't judge the hat by its looks. Lastly, you're trying to uproot all the other effects for this hat.

By the looks of it, you're trying to reduce the price for your own benefit.. Why else reduce the price of an item an entire bud?
