So basically, the range is too large, as things aren't happening at the low or high end. Sales and offers are mostly around 3 - 3.3 buds, but some have had offers of 3.5 in pure or mixed, which is why the high is 3.5. Low is 3 buds because of a sale. High is 3.5 because of the offers around there. Could go for more, possibly, but this is what I'm seeing.
