One buyer unsuccessful at a key is not sufficient evidence that 1 is impossible.

Not seeing enough evidence to change the price

there is way too many unsold at nearly months for 2 keys. You'd need a lot more proof than that, and you need them succesfully selling at your price, or people offering that amount. We cant base a high price of 2 keys based on the fact that only a single person is willing to pay that.
