You won't sell this for 1.5, 1.4 is hard because people say the price hasn't been updated for a while, most go for 1.3, I hear that a lot, people offer 1.3 at average, and sometimes you get offered 1.2 or 1.4.

You need proof like links of trades, screenshots, etc

I'm saying neutral. It's true, the hat is very hard to sell. I owned one and sold it for an orb. fire buccaneers bicorne and some sweets, which was the only offer above a bud value that I got. Downside is you don't have proof, which leads to me not choosing a side.
