i don't get it, how is the Genuine is worth less than the unique,

if this doesn't do though than at least the unique one should go down

There are more genuine versions than Unique versions. I hope this clears up your doubts.

ya but you can buy the Unique versions but you can't buy the Genuine anymore

Genuines aren't necessarily worth more than the unique version. backpack.tf prices are based on what people are actually buying and selling for successfully, not some trend that you think exists with item quality.

Umm. Well, there are less uniques than genuines? http://stats.tf/item/1015/The_Shred_Alert There was a load of these games old. Now you can get the taunt by buying it on the store for 10 bucks. I hope I explained it well enough.
