Conclusion:

They're flying off the shelves at 1.33, but still out there if you look hard enough. There is proof of some demand at 2.00, with a couple of higher offers that I'm willing to call outliers for the moment. Hence, 1.33-2.00. It's a wide range, but with evidence on both ends of the spectrum I can't justify raising the low end.
