No more buyers at outpost for a stock wrench.. and the only guy who buy it pay 0.66ref so removed 0.33 from range

Not many people are selling these (or have interest in buying one) so I see no reason why the price can't be something reasonable like 0.66.
Well there is only 1 buyer and he pay 0.66ref ...
he bought 0 wrench its mean that none will give it away for 0.66ref( or not selling at all )
...so it worth more then 0.66? . maybe .... 0.66-1ref? o-o
well no because as you can see there is 1 seller at 1 ref and none is buying it
-it cant be 0.33 because none sell or buy it for 0.33
--it cant be 0.33-0.66 because none sell and buy it for 0.33
---CAN be 0.66 because 1 guy is buying for 0.66
----Can't be 0.66-1ref because none buy it for 1 ref
