Best offer: Well this is a young trade, and his one offer is pretty low, but he thinks it's only "a little low". That phrase is incredibly ambiguous, so I'll just leave it up for now. He is also looking for "maybe 2 buds", so I'm led to assume he would take slightly below that. NEXT TRADE.

Best offer: The retracted Max's Head offer is the only reason I leave 1.66 in the range. The other offers show that this isn't really being too sought after.

CONCLUSION: Okay, there are not many offers on these hats. The rest of the ones on Outpost have a buyout of 2 buds, and no offers on them at all. It looks like one sold with ~10 or so keys recently for a Bubbles Brown Bomber, which confirms my range, and the person who now owns the Juju has a buyout of two buds. With all this being said,the hat looks like no one wants it, as ones that have been up for a week+ have very few, if any, offers on them.

I agree, before those sales, there were two other recent probable ~1.8 unusual sales or -1.6 pure. Either way, 1.3-1.6 is too low.
Max's Head offer was retracted. You can't count that as an offer, that wouldn't make any sense. Otherwise I could say "hey I offer a burning Honcho's Headgear on an orbiting fire Tosslecap", and even though I would retract it, the Tossle would be worth the same as the Honcho? Retracted offers cannot be considered.
More important are Skyline's noted trades. The last 2 trades of the bubbles Juju went for above your suggested range. Solid trades are more significant than best offers.
