So, after last suggestion was shut down after a 53% margin of success, I've made this suggestion as requested by the moderator, with a more accurate range. The proof on the previous suggestion was very good, so here we go again.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8986194

Looking for 2.5 buds B/O, outpost B/O's are usually worth a little above max value. Rejected offers of G. Fetti Tree (1.5-2.2 buds) and steaming Grimm Hatte (1.3-1.5 buds)

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8894520

B/O of 2 buds 14 keys ~ 2.5 Buds, only Rejected offers of a G. Fetti Tree, and tux.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8398230

B/O of 3.33 Buds, C/O of Stormy Brigade + Bill's (1.8-2.2 +.3 = 2.1-2.5 Buds)

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9055059

Previous suggester's trade, the B/O is like 2.4 Buds, the highest offer here is a Stormy Snaggle (1.8-2.4 Buds) averages to the same price of the old Cannonball.

http://bazaar.tf/trade/153023

Previous suggester's bazaar trade, the C/O is an O. Planets Company Man (2-2.5 Buds) and a 2.2-2.6 bud hat if he adds .2 buds, which is basically 2-2.4 buds.

http://tf2tp.com/trade.php?trade=9207834

Previous suggester's Trading Post trade, he has a few trades, at the bottom a guy willing to pay the B/O of 65 keys (2.5 Buds) or cash, the reason he hasn't accepted is because time zone differences, not that he didn't like or the buyer retracted.

NOTE: TF2TP did not show the proof for me, so I contacted the previous suggester to get an imgur link to prove that someone was willing to pay 65 keys (2.4 buds) http://imgur.com/q0YYHD7

Here's a little iffier proof that I have, RunNewbRun's Cannon has been taken off the market recently, and I checked his backpack history, and it looks like he sold it to a private backpack, but looking at the backpack.tf histories

http://backpack.tf/id/76561198048744985?time=1362902400 and http://backpack.tf/id/76561198048744985?time=1362985200

Basically his unusual changed to a 3.1-3.3 bud unusual, and he lost a Shred Alert and 3 keys, other than that, all his other high value items are still there, but still with 7 keys of items, he's getting 2.9-3.1 buds, if I accurately guessed the items traded, and his BP went up $40, which is a pretty good sign he got about that much profit.

So to recap most sellers are looking for 2.3-3.33 buds B/O, and B/O's on OP are usually a little above a hats value. People are willing to pay about 2.3 buds in items (3rd trade), 2.1 buds unusual (4th trade), 2.25 and 2.2 buds unusual (5th trade), and 2.5 buds keys (6th trade). There are also a few other rejected offers of lower prices, but there will always be people low-balling especially on Outpost, to make profit and they shouldn't be considered in price changes, just like quick-sellers should't really be proof for an average price.

Issues from the Previous, Previous Suggester (Darwin, the one who was accepted)

Notes from previous suggester:

I noticed that my hat went down in value today, so I looked into it, and first of all I noticed that Darwin05 has been downvoting the price of all the low-mid tier effect Human Cannonballs except his own Blizzardy, which went up ( http://backpack.tf/vote/?all=1&steamid=76561198057673629 ). This Darwin05 has been upvoting all his unusuals, like his N&B Executioner, and O. Fire Pillar of Hats, and I think he's been unjustly been downvoting the Human Cannonballs.

Additionally ItsMTC did some more research on the topic and this is what he found out:

Fascinated by the guys old price sugestion, I looked into his history more and found a lot of corruption of sorts with darwin05 ( ° ͜ʖ °) (http://backpack.tf/u/76561198057673629).

Here is the changes for all of the human cannonballs, take note of the one that is a blizzardy storm which he tried to change the price to 3 buds, after he owned one: http://imgur.com/a/ACwH6 And http://backpack.tf/vote/id/513acd284bd7b88c20000008

Not only that, but here he was offered 2.5 pure for his N&B Executioner ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9080178 ), and at the time that was the hats high value. But then, after he was offered, he raised the price to 2.7-3 buds here: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/51385375ba2536891e000004 to have the offer at around mid range instead of high range.

Then darwin05 bought an o. fire towering pillar of hats ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7641057 ) and raised the price to 2.7-3.2 here: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/510615a1ba2536b579000000

The guy seems to be trying to lower the prices of the other cannon balls, and tries (and unfortunately succeeds) at making his hats he buys for cheap, fair prices to higher prices with in-adequate proof and sneaky intentions.

So why did the other suggestion fail?

It was arguably too high. However, 1.5 was unproven and needed to be raised. Proof from moderator Sir J-j-jon:

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9229183 b/o 45 keys

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9248668 sold for 52 keys + g cock fighter ~2-2.1

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9068970 sold for searing bonk + pink bills + ts ea. ~2 in mixed

Suggested price would just raise it up to where it was before. I agree the low end is low. 1.7-2.1 would be best.

Other proof from Jester:

From the last (last accepted) suggestion:

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8858732

sold for 48 keys? ~1.8 pure?

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8850095 sold for o fire ball cap

(2.3 unusuals but outdated)

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8842006

sold for bubbles tower 2 buds unusuals.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8850095

Sold for a O Fire ballcap (~2 value)

As I posted on the last suggestion, 1.5 is too low. The previous suggester is also devaluing all low tier cannonballs except his own blizz one which he increased. He has also increased the value of his own NNB executioner then selling it for the cannonball. Then using the value of the executioner to increase the value of the cannonball.

Very shady behavior imo.

BUT WAIT! DARWIN COMMENTED TO THIS!

Darwin commented on why he decided to raise his unusuals and decline his. I laughed out loud at how he hasn't been banned yet. Here's the direct quote (from this link):

"Hello Jesta, I have seen your previous posts about what you think about my suggestions. This is the first time i saw this comment and the reason I didn't reply to the this comment sooner, I was studying for my upcoming exams and just peeping here to see what's going on with TF2 and all that.

First, the raising of the minor prices of the Human Cannonball . It's really a simple reason, I was bored. I didn't think that it would start a flamewar here in backpack.tf. There was many factors that made me bored, 'nuff said. I didn't think that it would start a flamewar here, I just thought the community would comment and make me do stuff on OP. I dearly apologize to those whose unusuals were devalued because of my boredom.

Second, unusual increasing in value each time I get one. I hope no one's angry at me. I always do that when I have a new unusual, I update the price. Why is it bad for you and me? I'm just updating it .__.

Originally the price of my bp was 153$, but because I traded my Towers for a N&B Exec it dropped to a mere 140$ ~~~ something. I felt that it should go back to its original value of 153$.

I was not exploiting the market. I was putting back what my original bp value was. Isn't that not too harmful. Also, didn't I give appropriate proof for the suggestions? You also keep commenting on the comments which are countering my proof which is obviously clear that it need to drop its price.

I hope everyone understands and forgives me. I will not touch anymore of the prices of the unusual human cannon's, I will also not try to do this again with the lowering of all the unusuals at one time. You can also suggest another price of the unusuals, if you find proof. Also Jester, didn't you see I keep calling you ''Jesta'' because I thought you be amused a little, well I guess I was wrong. :/

You started a flamewar, which might or might not continue."

I cannot believe he actually said this. This seems to me like price manipulation. Beyond that, these prices are poor and need to be fixed. That's what I'm doing here. I bolded the points I found key in this.

This is a massive blob of text, so I really hope you find my proof adequate.

EDIT: Fixing grammar and subject tenses as you read. And, to edit this, I think I'm done.

    I have been quoted!

For the record, I don't 100% believe the guy was price manipulating, but the sequence of events can be taken that way. I do fully believe that his suggestions were based too much on offers and they shouldn't have been accepted.

Upboat b/c 1.5 is too low.

The files are IN the computer?!?

I can say that I did very little work of my own on this suggestion, rather I just compiled the data and tried to apply simple logic to the situation. I'm glad you're with me on this one :)

I also edited the price manipulation part to reflect that it was my personal view on the situation.
