So this hat's value is a bit off here on backpack.tf, I'm here to correct it. Lots of links, lots of proof, so bear with me.

Sales range from 2.4 to 3.1 with an average of ~2.7 buds. Offers top at 2.8, usually from 2.6-2.7. I'd say this is ample proof that 2.6-2.8 is good for this hat, as there are many sales and offers in this range and much fewer above and below.
