Just updating the price, I've noticed that the current price is a bit high. I've had a trade open for a few days asking for lowest offer, and am currently at 23 keys: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9337951

Some more proof, this guy is buying them for a Bud if the person adds 5 keys, so that's 22 to 23 keys for the PDA. Seems pretty successful.

This guy seems to have one "deal" for 20 keys, but can't confirm it happened since there isn't a PDA in the BP.

I suppose a bud is slightly over range now since the price of them is 27-28 again.

Yeah, that confused me for a but too! I thought I did. There are a few offers to sell below my range and in my range, and one link of a guy asking 24 keys. That has since sold.
