The price needs an update. Proof is below. Very hard to find a sellers at 4 keys, most people offering 4 - 4.5 keys without success, some buyers are willing to pay up to 5 keys.

    Too wide range.

1 key is too wide range? I don't think so. Most of rare botkillers (gold, diamond, blood) have a range of 1 key. Anyway, this range just reflects the market - it's possible to find a seller for 4 keys or a buyer for 5 keys. 4.5 flat would be incorrect here.

TL;DR version of comment - 4(4.25?)-4.75 keys would feel more accurate

Disregard what I said, although consider that 5 keys might be a bit too high.

        v

        Tentative proof

http://tf2tp.com/trade.php?trade=9238107 - sold for 5 keys <- tf2tp is bad to bring out as proof as he could have picked up an offer that was lower

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9213515 - sold for 5 keys <- strange parts accounted it doesn't really seem to be valid to point out

Frankly those are the only 5 key sales I see. Without them there is that one odd 4.75 sale.

One guy offering at 5 keys, have not seen any others offers of the kind.

Edit: Aaand that guy who's really focused on getting a black bills for his.. a few 5 key buyouts (and even an offer) do seem to be out there, but no rock solid sales you could point to

          1) about tf2tp - I can say "he could have picked up an offer that was lower" about most trades in the outpost too. Buyers posts "I'll pay B/O" or "added for B/O" only in 50% cases. tf2tp is still the part of the market and it can be used as a proof.

          2) second link actiually is a proof of the low-end: 5 keys with 3 SP (2 of it are from a mid-high tier), so the knife itself was about 4 keys. Looks like you din't read my suggestion carefully

          3) What's the difference between offer and completed sale in your mind? If somebody offered (by example) 1 bud for the unusual hat and he has this bud in his BP, it means that if the seller would accept this offer, the trade would be completed immediately. That's why in unusual pricing nobody looks on the buyouts, only on the offers.

Anyway, one completed sale for 5 keys, one offer of 5 keys, one buyer for 6 keys in items (overpay). I guess it's enough to proove the high-end

Well I'll just stop because I realised I'm putting time and effort into this.
