I don't feel that a buyout warrants the high end to your suggestion. You should find more concrete proof of 4 buds, a lot of people will be posting "selling≠sold," so if you want to avoid that you should find proof! :)

Second time it seems like it went for ~4-4.5 buds in an unusual deal for a harvest moon drill hat (secret mirror + secret sack + 2 buds for drill hat)
