More proof would be nice, but seeing as most on Outpost don't have B/O and the ones that do work in this range, I can;t ask for more, I will personally be upvoting

I was a little disappointed with the proof I got, but it proves everything I need perfectly. There was a 19 key offer, so that means it shouldn't be going lower and and b/o of 20 keys which could be met, so a bit of an error margin and that's where 21 keys comes from.
