Just for record:
1st link: offer retracted
2nd link: No idea what happened to the sappers, but the guy who posted "I'll buy" didn't buy them. You can check the history of his sappers. And 13.5 keys each.
3rd link: Guy who offered 14 keys didn't buy a sapper. He has none in his backpack.
4th link: Not sold, but closed. You can see it in the history of the sappers. Opened a new trade.
So...your proofs, why 13-13.5 keys shouldn't get accepted are invalid.

That's one example. The exactly same guy is responsible for several c/os of 14 keys.
I would like to see more evidence before I vote. You have four links but we haven't see the other 100 (just making a comparison) and they could be different. Also could you bring evidence from more than one trading site?
You gave just 4 links as a proof, I'd like to see people actually manage to sell/buy at the price you wrote, because so far, I've seen offers with 14keys and the op rejected them.

well you lack of proofs here.
You can lower the price seeming how good you are but I bet you plan on buying more cheaper and sell later for higher price. (Logic anyone who has such a wealthy bacpack is not an idiot to lower his own items value)

People willing to sell at 13 keys and some other 14 keys trades are still up.
They need to be going up bullshit they are going down.
