Final thoughts:

An EXTREMELY popular hat, I really don’t know why it is below Stormy Storm. Offers go up to 3 buds pure, and more when considering other unusual offers. The current low end is perfectly fine. The high end will be 3.1 buds in my opinion because:

-of several 3 pure (whether in buds or maxes) offers

-of many high tier unusual offers (sunbeams, burning flames, energies, ghosts and lanterns to an extent)

-calculating unusual overpay (don’t take my word on how to find these prices), these hats go at about 3-3.2 buds for the higher end offers.
