I don't think this guy is actually rejecting offers, he doesn't pay very close attention to his trade. I offered and it took 4 days for him to respond, I even added him. I'm not doubting your suggestion, what I'm saying is there might be other factors that contribute to those offers rejection.
Are there any more P.Fetti fedoras on the market? Not just on outpost, it would be nice to see those before we raise the price.

More likely that first offer because he offered 40 keys in bill's and ref + he said he will add keys. But yeah, guy with smoking fedora would probably go for 1:1 because you want overpay in unusuals. And 40 keys offers seem common there.
