Most people buying are willing to swap their clean for an uncraft.

I'll try to look for more proof, but I cannot guarantee you that there will be anymore, because there aren't that many of these on Outpost.

    The second link is someone charging an extra scrap to sell his clean weapons for other people's dirty weapons. Seems like counterproof to me.
